I had a very bad experience at the Massage Envy Chenal. Today, I was contacted by the owner and she took care of the problem. She was sincerely concerned and easy to talk too. Best thing...it was the owner that called me, not a manager and she made no excuses. I will visit this location again. It is nice to know that there is still a business owner that cares about the customer.
