I had four hungry teen age boys plus my wife and myself. No one has ever seen a Mcmenu before lol so no one knew what they wanted. The order taken was soooo patient and accommodating I tried to tip her but she laughed and refused. My fries were hot as was my Big Mac and my kids food. Great job!!! Thumbs up from my wife who is NEVER pleased!!

Very polite staff. Have had to wait a little bit every other visit, but it was rush time. Fries have been pretty fresh, although I know I've gotten the "fresh basket, mixed with old" a few times. There's something about the beef that I can't put my finger on. Maybe I'm just a salt-a-holic but it's usually flavorless and has never been hot off the grill (which I don't necessarily expect) and that's why the 4 instead of 5. My coffee is always exactly how I ask, which is nice, as I've been to places that maybe pretend to put the amount of cream I want, or they haven't calibrated the machine...anyway, overall
I always get fast service here and really fresh fries and nuggets. I'm honestly impressed with this McDonald's. It may be the best ran McDonald's in Little Rock. The drive through seems to move pretty quickly too.
Very clean and modern establishment. Food was fresh and service was quick and friendly. Definitely one of the better mcdonalds ive stopped at.

I drove off this morning. Worst customer service! I sat at the speaker box for a good 5 min not to include the lady infront of me who drove off after sitting there for her own personal 5min. So after 10min I pull to the window the lady was rude as ever. Said that another lady didn't have her head set on and instead of taking my order starts yelling the girls name through the store and still never took my order. I was disappointed. Need to teach customer service.
