Poor professionalism. Not a respectful Dentist and does not talk to his patients kindly. I did clinical rotations here and he was very hostile including his wife that works the front desk. I would never recommend anyone to this office the way he talks about his patients after they leave. Other students also went through the same thing there. License need to be revoked immediately.
What a loser and his son is also a real standup guy!!! THIS SO CALLED DENTIST IS A MAN WHO UNDOUBTEDLY HAS ISSUES OTHER THAN ME WANTING AN X-RAY.
So, this only goes to show me that he knew I knew he had pulled the wrong tooth and would be held accountable. Now here I am with an upper partial, a broken tooth and will probably have to have a new partial made with TWO teeth in the front!!!
I changed to Dr Joe years ago and I was scared to death of dentists before seeing him. Now I have complete calm under his care. He gives a shot that you never know when he starts or stops. He has done cavities, crowns and cleanings on me for twenty years now. I have even followed him to Little Rock (over a 2 hour drive for me) where he now works because I have such confidence in his work and because he has such a great bedside manner.
If you are looking for a dentist and see this post I hope you proceed with caution or better yet stay far far away from him.
THE BEST EVER! Dr Joe has taken a grown man that would turn white knuckled in the dentist chair to a man that now might fall asleep on him while he is doing work!
If I could give a -5 score I would! I have been going to this dentist for 1 year and have had a lot of dental work performed by this guy. Today I went to his office to get a copy of my first x-ray because I am pretty sure that when he began working on my teeth last year he pulled THE WRONG TOOTH!! One that is in front right next to the two front ones!!
I came home and called the AR. Dental Association and was advised how to file a complaint against this guy. I will do that after I finish this report. The public needs to know about this guy.
I have always had a good relationship with him and his staff, but today was UNBELIEVABLE, SHOCKING AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had called his office and talked to his son and told him I was on my way to get a copy of my x-ray and he said ok.. When I get to the office he said he hasn't got around to it and it would be ready 'sometime today '! I asked why it would take so long as I just wanted a copy of one x-ray. He became agitated and went to get his dad the dentist. The son said to his dad, "I told him the copy of his x-ray would be ready 'sometime today'. I couldn't believe what he just said!!! That was a BOLD FACED LIE!!! I told him over the phone that I was on my way to pick up a copy and he said, "OK". The dentist began talking to me in a very disrespectful way, one I would describe as hostile! This ABSOLUTELY FLOORED me!! I asked why they both were so belligerent to me as all I wanted was a copy of one x-ray! He asked, "Why do you want the x-ray?" I told him I wanted it to get an opinion from another dentist to see if the tooth he pulled actually needed to be pulled. That REALLY set him off!! He raised his voice and said, "CALL 911"! I mean 'WHAT THE HELL' is going on here!!??? The guy went BALLISTIC!!! I need it so I can see if the tooth was pulled unnecessarily or not.
