Great cancer staff on the 10th floor.
poor customer service followup appointment scheduled for the next day due to travel time to facility 2.5 hours one way, got to followup as instructed after 11 am did not get called for vitals until 3:00pm. I dont know anyone that wants to participate in a sleep study till 6am only to wait or pass time in Little Rock til 11 am then sit in the lobby until after 3pm for results what major study unit does this?
This is a great clinic and the staff and nurses are wonderful. They may not be what you would expect from your normal PCP, but they are accustomed to dealing with unique individuals and are truly beneficial to people like me. I was recently diagnosed here and have found everyone to be so wonderful, even when frustrating situations occur. They have walked me through all of my appointments, and when I came late to my first appointment, the APRN stayed late to see me. For my appointments now, she sits and talks with me about my condition and listens to what I have to say; she is as much therapist as nurse. Narcolepsy is rare and there are no support groups in the area, so this clinic is a major part of my support system. Also, my insurance is horrible, so they work with me and the pharmacy to get the medication that I need at a cost that I can afford. Sometimes the amount of effort that they have to put in just for me seems extensive, but they are always happy to do it and they are always right on top of things. Any requests that I have or anything I need it taken care of within an hour of me calling. Dr. Goza is a good doctor also, but it is really the nurses and staff that deserve 5 stars.
Worst experience ever. I'd rather drive hours away to go to a clinic than here. Horrible and rude people work the front desk. The nurses are incompetent. No one will return your phone call. It's more about money than about patients and getting to know your patients.
