Wish I could give 0 stars if possible. Worst possible "help" ever. How do I need to have a photo ID TO GET a photo ID? That's why I'm here because I DONT have a picture ID! Completely useless. For3 years I've been trying to get an ID and nothing. Drive for 3 hours JUST to get turned around. Good for nothing.
