Refuse to hold a pack for no reason
I have been in this store numerous times and every employee has been courteous and efficient. The waiting time is brief and the store is clean and well organized. I drive out my way for this UPS facility. Never had a problem!
The folks at this store are always very efficient and friendly. Each time I've used them they were quick on price quotes, and checking in my shipping items. In the rare instance I've not had the proper packing, they were very accommodating and helpful. Keep up the great work!
