Vegas pretty, so don’t look to close. I stopped by the display site in Little Rock and they look nice from about 20 yards. All the materials are pretty cheap and the workmanship I saw there was poor. Open joints in the walls, squeaking laminate flooring - dry solders on the pipes, hvac stuffed into holes where it can not possibly function properly. Still looking- maybe I’ll hire the Amish builders instead

Clint was great to work with! When we asked for custom features in our home, he said "We can do that!" He was very insightful on the design part of the home.
Juston the site supervisor was very responsive. Every time I call, and I called a lot, he would answer or text me that he would call as soon as he could. He pushed the subcontractors to get done on our timeline!
UBH did an amazing work on our house. They have completed the house in under 100 days. The quality of material and the engineering put into the house was professional work. My neighbor is a Civil Engineer and he was impressed with the structural engineering put into the home. From the foundation to the roof, Very impressive.
