I've tried several salons in town but this is the best service & treatment ever!!! Which is why I always keep coming back!!!

Will never go back. I work in the OR world and I know about sterilization and they DO NOT sterilize their instruments!! It appears they do but they r only putting the instruments in a sterile package and NOT actually running them through the process. I literally took the package from the technician and verified it. I asked the front desk to show me a before and after package and they refused. RED FLAG...and you have the right to ask about their sterilization!!
Used to be great. We travel about 30 minutes to get here, but not anymore! Call to make an appointment, phone isn't working. Get there and told there would be a nearly 4 hour wait, but we can't make an appointment and come back. The place was near empty, so someone had an appointment. Tried to make an appointment to come the next morning, but they don't take appointments on weekends, then asked what time we're coming tomorrow because the girls we want have appointments. So they take appointments, but not from me?! I'm freaking done.
This was the worst experience I have had here today! I will not ever come back and will most definitely NEVER recommend this place to anyone! We sat 25 mins in the pedi chairs before we were even told after me asking why we were still sitting with no service, that it would be a "few" minutes, a few means 3-5 mins, NOT 25! We should've been told that at the door, which would've given us the option to stay or not, then when asked for a manager, young woman at fron counter that checked us in said I'll take care of it, clearly not the manager. The 70 dollar service was not worth it, I told them I'd pay 50, she said 65. I immediately got on the phone and started calling ppl I know that go there and told them to never return! Word if mouth is everything and this establishment is garbage! On top of all of that they should NOT be using latex gloves, it could be a health hazard a deadly ine at that, they do not know who has an allergy to it!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute worst mani/pedi. It is already chipping at 3 days and they will not do anything about it. Do not waste your money here.
