I was having a minor eye surgery that should not have taken more than 1/2 hour. I had to get a friend to drive me. My time is valuable too! When I called at 2 pm they could have told me the Doctor was running late. The rating is low due to the waiting without notice and the scheduler / receptionist having attitudes.
Had appointment scheduled yesterday at 3:30. Called to make sure they had me on the books since I did not get reminder card at 2pm. Arrived at 3:00 pm. By 4:15 I was told DR running behind and there was another patient ahead of me. This patient did not have appt (I was sitting next to them). I told them to reschedule me as I was not waiting another hour. The scheduler was very snippy with me.
Have to wait for the least couple of hours after checked in. It is frustrating to wait for so long to see the doctor.
We love Dr. Schroeder and his staff. He has been treating my son since 18 months and I couldn't be happier with his knowledge and demeanor.
