I asked of I could pay 10.00 to hold a dress until Friday 10/13/17 I was told yes.. But after I swiped my soon to be husbands card.. I was told... Ohhhhh I sorry I forgot I charge you the whole 30.00.. I replied that's fine I'll take the difference back in cash.. The worker stated no no no I do not know how to give refund... I asked when will someone be here to give refund. She said tomorrow I said OK... Make it back the next day... A young lady says no refund I can give you 15 of the 30...im like no mam I was only trying to hold it til I could bring my daughter today to try it on... No... No.. No etc... Ill give you 15.00 back from 30 bc we get charged for refunds... Me even if it's your worker fault she says yes small business.. Long story short... I will never forget the experience I had shopping for my wedding with Stephanie glee market.. Bad business owner
