i had recently moved to little rock and was calling around to find insurance for my car. the rates they gave me were do-able, at first. within the first month, they had raised my rate three times and took more out of my account than they were authorized to do, so my bank, luckily, reimbursed me. all the ladies i spoke with there were rude as could be and never returned my calls--i even had to leave the boss FOUR messages before she called me back! when i cancelled my service do to lack thereof, they sent me a bill two months later for an additional $125 for not stayin with them for the full contract. and when i called about that the guy told me i "would either pay it now or we'll turn you into collections, and then you'll have to pay it. either way, its getting paid!" then hung up on me.
