I called to get some information about the store....some guy answered the phone "hello" no business name no nothing i said is this The Ridge Wine & Spirits and the guy hung up!!! I called back and he picked up and hung up again...sure my number comes up with a different area code cuz i just moved here but dang!!! how rude can u be to potential customers....i will never shop there!!!!! EVVVEEERRRRR
I have never called the store, but I have been in the store multiple times and have experienced great customer service. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. The person on that answered the phone probably didn't hear anyone on the other line or else he would have said something else. I don't think that's a valid reason to rate it poorly if you have never actually set foot in the store.
