I'm giving this rating a 1 star because a 0 stars isn't an option. I've been on hold waiting on a representative to pick up the phone for over 45 minutes. This is ridiculous.
The representative I spoke with was awesome!
It's really unfair to have to appeal a unemployment claim that you should have definitely won. The Tribunal give you your first decision in less then 24 hrs of speaking with you over the phone interview. If you don't agree with the decision of the Tribunal, then they give you 20 days to appeal the decision. Now, it's in the Board of Review hand and they take I know over 2 or 3 months to grant a decision. Mind you this could be people only source of income so they definitely need a faster decision. But, they don't care because it's not their bills behind, eviction notices, stress build up, etc... People better understand you might get away with being evil on this side, but when judgement day come you will have to answer for all knowingly wrong doing.

I'm getting their on-hold message and it's repeating CONSTANTLY...no break just the voice in my ear over and over and over. Please set up a professional on hold message that gives music or something other than a constant repetition of the same message.
