This freight company claims to have put a desk I ordered (and paid for) on the wrong truck, then to not know what truck it is on, and when we called in again asked us if we wanted them to give us a call back "if" they found it. Simply unreal.

I was e-mailed a confirmation time of 8 am to 5pm for Friday April 14, 17. I just talked to someone at the company the morning before confirming that Friday my Air Conditioning system would be delivered for Friday and that the driver would call an hour before they get here. I never received a call ALL day long. So I called them at 4pm and someone answered explaining that he just got in and my package wouldn't be delivered. Really..Really someone could've called and informed me especially when the company location is just 35 minutes away from where they some making the delivery.
