It is difficult to get access into the location--need an access code. In addition I self-picked up with access and three months later the Little Rock place still has not cleared the pod as emptied and I am still being charged 3 months later--even after main headquarters attempted to get verification twice that pod was empty.
I am doing a Military Move and this company is the worse company I have ever dealt with..... I have been trying to get my weight tickets for almost 2 months - I will never use them again and I hope you don't as well.
I have rented a POD for a month. then i was remodeling to slow for that month, ended up renting it for many more months. They made it all go so well. Great company, thank you
Smh Worst experience Ever! I explained that I was needing to store furniture for 4 bedroom house and needed the biggest pod they had. On delivery date I get home and its 1 of thier largest pods but it wasnt big enough to store my items. I called and was told that I couldnt get all my money back and it would be a couple days before someone would get back to me and it would take even longer to have it investigated. Oh heres the kicker they couldnt come get the pod until the following Monday, which means I cnt move until the move the pod. I have to pay fees to stay at the location I was moving from as well as movers and uhaul service! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEM!
