DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They destroyed a french longueville clock with carved laurel crown. VERY RARE! It was destroyed in transport. Mr. Terry Fletcher would not return my calls or make any effort for restitution. He said he doesn't have insurance! Can you believe it?!? I am now going to sue and try and recover my money. I plan to report him to the bbb as well. Save yourself the headache - this company is terrible!
