Horrible customer service. Drove over 4 hours after paying and having reservation. They said they could not do it. Scheduled another appointment for following day. Again said they could not do it. (Out of town) drive to another uhaul said they couldn't do it. Then they call and said I could drive to Sherwood and get it done. Will file BBB complaint. Use your judgment when using this company. There word is no good.
