Awful customer service. Terrible parking lot. The staff yelled at me when I politely asked where a safe place to park would be. I will never return and I'll spread the word of the poor customer service and disrespect.
Excellent - very helpful staff. They fill propane bottles. Parking is a little tight, but that's true for most of the places west of University Avenue. It's really not so bad (the parking)..
Dena or what ever her name is has the worst customer service. She refused to answer simple questions and stated that i should just come to check out the units myself. Which of course I was going to anyways if I was told what size units were availible. No one wants to make blank trips when an employee could belp the process. Moving is already stressful enough as is.
Filled up my gas bottle within a few minutes of closing! Thanks for doing that!
