My beautiful, intelligent, and the most amazingly talented girlfriend ordered a Valencia steam shower, which uses YRC Freight to distribute their products, and it has been at least a month since she placed the order. She used the tracking number they emailed her and about three days ago half of our shower was in Little Rock and the other half was in Memphis TN, she calls today and talks to a customer service agent and ask her why her shower wasn't delivered and she replies someone will call you when they decide to deliver it. WTF? So now we have to pay someone to go to Little Rock to pick it up. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this distribution establishment for any reason what so ever, truly a horrible experience!
Worst delivery company ever. Took them over two weeks to get my delivery to me and rescheduled on me multiple times with a myriad of excuses. Total incompetence.
