Big talkers, poor quality of work. I made very clear what work I wanted done and apparently they under-quoted me. The solution? Rush through the painting so much that I had to redo it myself. Also did not finish other jobs properly. Every time I tried to discuss the poor quality of work I received the canned response, "well we've been in business 20 years so I don't understand how you can be unhappy." They will probably respond to this review saying the same thing.
