I love this pharmacy. It's the best experience that I have yet encountered with local pharmacies in Little Rock. They are very professional and and attentive to customers needs. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes on a new prescription, most times less than that. They also offer express prescriptions where you can call and have your medicine refilled before you come. I'm very pleased with their service!

Always fast and friendly
The new staff in the last few months has been hard to deal with. The main problems are that three hours after my doctor called in a prescription, it still wasn't ready. On another visit, the first half of a the letter on my meds didn't print so they wouldn't fill it. I had already gone to Walgreens and they were out but had no problem with the print. And, I had already ordered the meds previously. And the medicine name was 15 letters long so it wasn't like it could have been something else. Also, on each of three visits in the last month, they have been vague on if they will fill it while I wait. Tell me you will or you won't, not that you might be able to. They did this to others in line also. Finally, their new policy is that if you don't specify someone else will be picking up any controlled meds, they won't let someone else pick them up. This makes me wonder how I would pick up pain meds for my husband after surgery if he is unable to walk in the script and request I pick them up?
Love it! They actually talk to me like a person they want to help take care of, and they're incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful!
This place was wonderful. I started with them from the beginning and worked through their growing pains but it has gotten unbearable and ridiculous.
