Had a Emergency came out on a Friday gave an estimate said they could fix the next day which was a Saturday at no extra cost,we ok'd the work,
Saturday -nobody showed up called twice no response. Monday Morning called the office to cancel explained what had happened was told that is not how they conduct business supervisor or manager would call.- never heard anything from them-would give them negative stars left us in bind.
Showed up on time and was clean, nice, personable, and professional. He replaced a gasket in the toilet tank and cleaned the hair out of two bathtub drains. The work took 10-15 min tops. I love what he did and the manner with which he did it, but the bill was $96! Next time, I think I'll YouTube solutions to these small jobs.
I would definitely recommend Ray Lusk Plumbing. It was a bit more than I expected to pay for a new water heater, but Dave and his apprentice were very professional and took great care. They had everything demo'd out and the new heater replaced within 3 hours. Even for the price I feel it was worth it given the quality of the installation. Big kudos to your guys.
