We have been with Aristotle a few years and when we first started out with them they were pretty good service for what we had. A couple years they said they was changing out a bunch of equipment and we would be able to increase our speed from what we had. If they change the equipment, it has been more up and down with the new equipment than with the old equipment. My dad liked going with this company because they were local and you could at first get a hold of somebody quicker than with at&t who only provided us with dial up or maybe a small wireless internet package. At this point our neighborhood is just hoping the fidelity people are about to start providing us with cable and internet.
Their BeaconSage technology is cutting edge and the staff/customer service is some of the best around.
I have had Aristotle for 13 yrs in Mabelvale and lately it is just horrible. Never connected. It's on and off, more off than on. Last several months I have had to pay my cell phone provider for overage of my data use because my internet is constantly not working. Very unhappy. My neighbor has already left them and I am seriously considering looking for something else. Going to call them to see if anything can be done to better my service otherwise I'm out.
I live in Scott and my Aristotle internet connection consistently goes down. My internet is currently down and has been down since April 20th. This will make the 4th time my internet has been down in as many weeks, and each time it has taken 3 to 5 days before it is repaired. I have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor so someone can explain why there are so many outages and why it takes so long to repair, but those calls are never returned. The last time I asked for a manager, the receptionist placed me on hold and went to lunch (just rude).I work from home so my internet is not just a luxury, it is a necessity. Tech Support is well trained on customer service and always very apologetic, but they have very few answers when it comes to why and when on the outages. Living in a rural area comes with its disadvantages, slower available speeds is one of those but numerous outages and several days to repair is just unacceptable.
Always down in Scott just waiting until we can get AT&T uverse and I'm done with this joke of a internet service.
