Just saw that I was billed over $100 for cleaning an apartment that didn't get so much as fresh coat of paint when I moved in. Having seen the apartment before and after cleaning when I first moved in I'd be shocked if it doesn't look exactly the same as I left it. Don't expect your deposit back.
I've know Dennis Adkins for years and have found him to be an outstanding representative for the home buyer or seller. He is tenacious, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, he is a man of his word. I highly recommend him.
Beware dealing with Mike Hoffman re rentals. Rental house that was clearly and repeatedly told that there was desire to rent, proper applications filled out to rent the home, plans already made, only to be told that the house had already been rented a week prior when paperwork was being delivered. Common courtesy is all that was needed.
I am a tenant at one of there properties. I've been here over a year, has never been late with rent keep yard well maintained as well as the inside of the house. For a whole year I have been trying to get them to fix the outside of the house. It is totally embarrassing. Trimming following off everywhere around the house. My agent tells me that he trying to get the owner to fix it but he won't. My thing is I know he really don't care as long as he gets his cut. Because you see he don't fix his property, so drop him as a client. That looks bad o Adkins McNeil and Smith. And we're talking about cosmetic things nothing major. You have paying tenants who's taking care of the property.
