Rudest staff ever and management is worse. The manager Harold and associate Eric are the only ones I'd return for if I decided to purchase. Get a new store manager!!!!

Worst customer service from this store. Joshua was rude and arrogant. The new manager Kevin is equally as bad. I wouldn't waste my time in this store. Cole Haan is lacking in leadership, customer service, and product integrity.
I came to the outlets this week and visited Cole Haan. My first experience wasn't good but I tried again on my own as I came with my sister the previous time. When I came in I was greeted briefly but the conversation between the manager and the associate continued as I heard inappropriate banter going on. The new manager is very off putting and arrogant as well as a few of the staff I've encountered. They stand around and gossip instead of helping customers. I won't be returning to this location.
