It can be troublesome to get around this mall, however, as it is split across three levels. The escalators are very, very often broken in at least one of the directions. The elevator is painfully slow, even more so when others are attempting to use it, and the only stairs are on the very ends of the store.
It's a mall. Check out the stores in their directory online to know if you will enjoy being here. Apart from the stores, the great natural lighting throughout is pleasant. This is not your mama's dingy, carpeted mall from the 80s. It feels new and fresh.

Ingrid at Dillard's awesome, extremely knowledgeable about fragrances, and has a wonderful consumer friendly manner. Great lady to see and she will take great care to fix you up with great products.
My visit was short my boyfriend just so happened to be working out of town in the same area our son had a doctor's appointment so we were able to have lunch together. Neither of us had ever been to Park Plaza and even though it's a huge mall there were plenty of directories and mall employees were quite courteous and helpful in pointing me in the right direction to meet up with my boyfriend. It not only helped save time but made balancing my fussy newborn in his car seat and the not so light diaper bag that much easier on this first time mommy!
Parking can be kinda difficult though, and the parking deck here doesn't have the best history as far as safety goes.
Dillards at this location is nice, employees are always friendly and helpful in finding things. Always have plenty of everything and what theyre sold out of they are happy to order for you.
