They are very helpful and will work with you if u behind. I never had a problem with them and everyone was so nice.
Worst place to try to get a moving truck! If i could give them no stars I would. Emailed just 2 days before we were supposed to move telling us we had no truck for the date we reservered (NO courtesy call). Not everyone checks their email daily, very poor management. All they could say was "sorry, nothing I can do for you, didn't even try to solve the problem." Thank god for Home Depot and Penske!!!
Best customer service ever! I would definitely recommend to others! The owners are great, friendly and more than willing to help you out! They have propane, deer corn (during season) and so much more. Stop by and see them soon!
They cancelled my moving truck 2 days before my move. Sent me an email saying there was no trucks available. couldn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know.
The only reason I give this 4 out of 5 is because they are not a 24hr facility. Other than that the staff are down to earth, they work with you and your needs. Always with a kind word.
