This company deserves negative stars. worst company I've ever dealt with. order a textbook on Amazon, never got it, the person who emailed me was very rude, and told me to call my local post office and ask them where it was.
An item in my order was missing then they claimed I could only get 10% back, I ended up wasting close to $40 on the misc. shipping/handling/returning, never buying from here again.
Do not use this company. They are dishonest
Their return policy was so restrictive (they don't provide a shipping label, you get dinged 10%, only 14 days to return) that returning the book was not even worth it. No packing slip was included.
