HORRIBLE! The worst place to rent books! Go to Chegg! Do not ever rent a book here. The worst customer service! Horrible! Horrible ! Horrible! Nightmare! I only gave it one star because you can't post without it. I just want to warn any college students about this HORRIBLE SITE.
This is a scam. They try to take your money and deliver the wrong text books. If you get one at all.
WORST EVER. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!! I have never experienced anything this horrible. My credit card info was used by someone else to vuy a book. I complained, and took my time to know what had happened before returning the book. If I would not find the thief, I would just have kept the book. They sent me the return shipping label, a wrong one. I had to the pay for the packing myself, since they would not send me a label that works. Long story short... They got the book and declined to return my money. I would need to file a crime report to show them that I had not ordered the book myself and tried not to pay. I don't have time for this s***. Lost a hundred dollars because of these losers

OK, so I rent a text on 01/08/12, it was due on 05/21/12, I am pretty sure I mailed it back but they claimed they never received it and they asked a debit collector to call me and ask me for $289!!! The book was $40!!!! It was due by 2012 and they contact me now on 2015??? And when I was telling them it might be lost by the carrier the customer service was like "oh, I don't care." So I had to paid that 300 buck which plus a third party payment service fee. Like really, WTF is not not enough for this situation. So if you work with them make sure you keep it on track and MAKE DAMN SURE your book was returned!!! There are much better options out there!
