I recently visited this store for a quick trip on my lunch break to pick up 1 or 2 specific items. There were some electronic issues with the register while I was checking out which caused a bit of a hold up. The entire staff, especially Laura, were so friendly and apologetic (even though it was in no way their "fault") and they handled everything in such a professional and kind manner. I will continue to shop at this store because of the care they place behind how things are managed. I highly recommend this Bath and Body Works!
Good selection of items even though it is a smaller Bath & Body works store. The staff is helpful and do not tend to be too pushy trying to make a sale.
Careless cashiers
I went in to the store to return an online purchase within a week of receiving the product. The store associate was so kind, but she told me that she wouldn't be able to refund the money back to my card, she would have to give me a Visa gift card. What sense does that make? I told her I'd rather have it back on my card, and she kindly called customer service to see if there was anything that could be done. The customer service woman on the phone was very rude in telling me that it simply isn't possible to get the money back on my card, so my only options were an in store exchange or a Visa gift card. I'm a huge online shopper, not very smart of BBW to make it so difficult to return something purchases online. Although I love their products, Bath and Body Works just lost my business unless they get this sorted out.
I've shopped here several times for gifts for the girlfriend or family. Always a great experience. They seem to have a bit more than the location in Conway.
