Shop there all the time and always I get a good outcome plenty of cute clothes good quality just have to dig for them
this store is TERRIBLE! the racks are so over stuffed that you can not even look in them. the lines are backed up so long it's insane. clothes, jewelry, and shoes are thrown all over the floor. there is literally trash thrown around the store. the staff doesn't care. the people shopping in the store are obnoxious and rude and loud and just throwing items on the floor. it's an absolute nightmare. I buy forever21 online but I will never go back into this store.
