Patient, kind, encouraging. Dr. Cruse & staff never talk down to me. Very understanding about pain management, compassionate regarding my request for nitrous each time. Dr. Cruse takes a thorough but conservative approach first, educating me on all possible options instead of just the options that will make his clinic the most most money. It's a clean, cheery clinic on the 9th floor with amazing views from huge windows. Free parking with validated ticket. Central location. I have no reason to go anywhere else: I highly recommend.
Love the staff! They were so gentle with my cleaning and explained everything so I could understand what they were doing and what needs to be done! Great job!!!!!
Dr.Cruse and his staff have been amazing!!!! I've referred several and they feel the same way. Dr.Cruse is open and honest and breaks everything down so that you understand all aspects of the treatment process if needed.
