Dr Richard Tyler Smith was very kind and empathetic. He knew exactly what would be the most uncomfortable and took special care to make sure it was very tolerable.
I highly recommend Dr Smith and his staff.
Of course there was pain afterwards but he wrote prescriptions for that.
Best dental experience of my life, no joke! The staff and Dr.Smith were ready with a smile and reassurance and answers I could understand. My family and I will continue to come back and for sure recommend to anyone that is in need of a great dental team! Thanks again! Every time I go to Monarch Dental I always feel right at home. There are bright smiles every where and the environment is very warming every time I enter the building. They take their time to make sure every patient receives the best care. My dentist is none other than Ms Tracy!!! She is awesome go see her!!
They wouldn't honor a falsely advertised coupon citing it as a mistake. Unfortunately, false advertisement is an expensive mistake. Also, when I was in the waiting area 10 mins after my appointment was supposed to begin I asked how far behind they were and the receptionist got an attitude and asked "You in a hurry?" Should that really matter? When I ask a question I would just prefer an honest response. I said yes and she said "it'll be about 30 minutes." So from this office you can expect attitude and long waits (it didn't look busy at all). It was after that exchange that she decided she couldn't honor my coupon any longer because when I first walked in she told me it wasn't an issue.
Dr Smith and his assistants were just as awesome too.
I had 3 extractions at the same time and was unaware any of them had been removed when he had finished.
The front desk was very helpful and sweet. They anwsered all my questions.
