Small Bites is AMAZING!! My 4 yr old daughter who by the way has spacial needs....needed to see a dentist ASAP. She was grinding her teeth all throughout the day and night and I tried everything to get her to stop. Her teeth started hurting her very bad. She cant talk, but she would hold her little mouth and cry for hours. All i could do is put orajel on them and give her childrens ibuprofen. Her pediatrician referred her to the dentist at ACH. They said they couldnt see her until April of NEXT YEAR. I didnt know what to do. My baby was in pain and ACH said the soonest they could see her would be 6 months from now!! I couldnt believe it. A baby...in PAIN...and they say 6 months is the soonest they could see her...like I said my daughter has special needs. I knew it would be very difficult to work on her. But at Small Bites it was like the whole staff was literally BORN to work on children. They were incredible. I called them one afternoon and they told me I could bring her at 8 o'clock the next morning. They fixed the teeth that were hurting her then rescheduled her for a week later and fixed everything that "might" start to hurt her later. I also brought my son for a regular check-up when we returned the following week. As long as Small Bites is in business I will never take my babies to another dentist. I cant stress enough how amazing the whole staff was. Also it is very clean and professional. There are TVs above all the kids chairs as well. They make you feel like family not patients.
If you are looking for a great pediatric dentist then Dr. Jones is who you want. I am a dentist myself and Dr. Jones is who I take my own kids to. He is so patient, accommodating, and does a great job at not only doing everything he needs to do, but doing it quickly if your kids are screaming (like mine). As soon as you meet him, Dr. Jones makes you feel comfortable and at ease, and you feel like you have been friends for several years. The office itself is brand new, very nice, and extremely kid friendly! You will not be disappointed with Dr. Jones, his staff, or his office. There is no question that I trust Small Bites with my kids and their dental needs, and that this is our dental home.
First visit today. Kid-oriented, clean, & professional. The kids loved it. Our hygienists were great, & so was Dr Keith. We’ll be coming back!
