I broke my front tooth on a Friday when most dentists are closed, mine was. I called Smile and they said "come on". They were so nice, professional. They fixed my tooth that day to make it through the weekend. Needless to say, I changed dentists that day! They have been kind and helpful ever since!
I had been looking for a good dentist for years.. since my daughter was five years old, she is sixteen now. But i finally found that good dentist here with Smile Dental. Amazing service and very friendly and efficient! Over the years we had been to different dentist offices to have some heredity stains removed from my daughters teeth and was told nothing could be done. However, my first visit at smile dental was amazing! The wait was long but it was well worth the wait, we were able to not only have an exam about removing the stains but they got it accomplished! I recommend anyone needing dental services to go check out smile dental.
Smile Dental offers family dentistry at its very best! Not only are the staff members fantastic, but the office itself is beautiful, modern, top of the line and clean! Smile Dental offers many amenities that you don’t find in other dental offices. Highly recommended to anyone that needs dental work and is looking for a comfortable atmosphere all the way around!
Absolutely amazing experience, yes, I know I'm talking about a dental clinic, haha. Seriously though, the level of professionalism the staff shows along with the modern building and tools made for a refreshing experience. My dental hygienist, Lacey, put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable before working her magic on my teeth and gums (I had a piece of food trapped). Then Dr. A came over to check on me and finished up some final procedures. I felt instant relief and my teeth had never felt cleaner. To top it all off, afterwords I noticed that the entire procedure including waiting time only took 28min! The clinic sent me a text message thanking me and let me know I would receive a reminder message for my next appointment. I'm sold on Smile Dental and their amazing staff.
Can I say awesome! The experience was great from the point I entered the door until my departure. I was well pleased with my cleaning from hygienist, Kelsey, and Dr. A was very nice and conscientious of my overall dental health. Lastly, Amber was extremely nice and very detailed with me on my responsibility for work I need. Overall, I am pleased with the service I am receiving and will definitely recommend Smile Dental to anyone.
Ps. My daughter is very nervous and scared of appointments like these but they made her feel very comfortable and welcome.
