This is the worst Family Dr clinic that I have ever visited!!! Run Run Run this is my 2nd time trying to deal with this facility and I got the same results. They are extremely slow and would have you waiting for numerous of hours before they check you in and when they eventually get you in a room
Dr. Nayles is amazing!! I love his cut to the chase, no bones about it care! He is very loving and kind. His staff is also very caring. Great PCP!!!!!

Dr Nayles and his staff is pleasant and professional. The office is tastefully decorated and is in a safe area.
Waiting 3hrs is bad enough then to top it off I was asked who made the dianosis. Well you did. Why have charts if you don't read them. Not trustworthy as a Dr and when filling out pertinent documents they lack serious judgement. Playing with ones employment is a very serious matter
I didn't wait long to see the doctor but I did make an appointment. Expect to wait long if you are a walk in.
It will take them at least and hour to come see you. This is the most unprofessional establishment that I have ever visited!!! This Dr should be out of business so he cannot practice!!! He staff is very u professional and not friendly at all. God bless us all!! I would never refer anyone not even an animal to this Dr.....
Longest wait ever at Dr. Office you may as well go to the emergency room. I've been waiting 4hrs. If I didn't feel so bad I would just leave.
