Don't waste your time. They don't care about their patients it is a factory operation. Thank you Mr. Obama for ruining more healthcare and healthcare facilities congratulations on your historical presidency.
This has to be the most difficult place to deal with. My wife has been actively trying to get the results from a medical test performed by this clinic for weeks now. It doesn't seem to matter who you talk to or how many times you call, they just won't help you. I guess being part of a state entity insulates them from the concerns of consumers but if you have a choice - go anywhere else.
I've tried 10 different doctors there and they don't care about the patients. They have terrible communication with the nurses and doctors. They know nothing about the well being of their patients.
This place is the worst. If you want to suffer, and eventually die because of your issue, go there.
Does these people phones work or are they just sitting around not paying attention!?!
