My fur baby was my child and from the moment that I contacted Pet Cremation Services I felt I had made a great decision. They treated me and my husband with compassion and patience. The staff were very professional and yet shown genuine understanding of our pain. They did not make us feel that our baby was just a pet but a family member, they understood our pain of loosing our CJ.
The wooden urn that we choose has her picture on it and she is still with us. It is so very very nice and it so suits our CJ.
The person that helped with my little buddy did a fantastic job for me .This is the only way to go when you have a loss of your true friend to always remember you pet forever. The people at Pet Cremation Services are some of the most professional, kind, understanding, people I have ever met. We had an unusually hard past couple of years, losing several of our pets. PCS staff have gone above and beyond to help me, meeting me during 2 ice storms and 1 National Holiday when our pets passed at home. I am so grateful for the caring and assistance I received from PCS. Though I have not faced that dreaded time yet; Sorina was able to help me pre-plan arrangements for my babies, taking that weight off our shoulders for when the worst days do finally come. They were easy to work with and they got our CJ back to us in great time. I would highly recommend Pet Cremation Services. I will use them again in the future for our other fur babies. I defiantly felt that they cared about my fur baby and that made me feel so much better.
