This is the best Hardware store in Little Rock!!!! Every time I go I am personally greeted by a knowledgeable hardware specialist. I have had several small repair jobs around my old apartment and they have always given me the best advice and product for the job. I highly recommend this store. There are of course some non-modern aspects to Kraftco, but the customer service more than compensates....
Best service, knowledgeable staff. They will guide you to the right tool for the job even if it means a less expensive product.
Kraftco used to be a quaint place where you go in and ask stupid questions (about anything from a bulb-planter to what-lightbulb-is-comparable-to-this-one-here kinda questions) but no more. If you like to be treated poorly by smug, youngish, counter-leaners, (the new guys...not the old ones...they are still fine), then go here. A bunch of young jerks now rule this little place. I'll never go back....nor will lots of my professional female friends who have advanced degrees, but who don't know beans about wattage and such. Horrible experiences twice now. Way to go guys. Haven't you heard bullies aren't in style any more?
5 because anything I've needed I have been able to get there. I only buy tools from them, and the staff usually know how to get a hold of older vintage tools they don't make anymore. They have the best selection I've seen and all of the staff are super helpful and informative. I will be going here for years to come.
Place is a rip off they have a wide variety of everything but you can save money by going to Walmart
