My mom works at Blue Cross so she'd bring me here whenever I was feeling sick. Terry Lybrand was always my nurse and she made sure I was always taken care of and given the care I needed. She'd manage to be both professional and casual at the same time; she was always both my nurse and a friend. She's a big reason why I trust doctors so much and I'm really sad that she's no longer here. But she always was brilliant and fun whenever I saw her.
