I received very poor service from this State Farm Branch. I will say this, the staff is friendly and I have been with them for years with no problems, but a few months ago I was overcharged by $100 and was promised a refund for the error. I had to call over a dozen times over the course of several weeks and each time was promised that it would be refunded within a few business days and that it was simply "processing". Well three months of neglect to my problem passed as I waited on them to fix the problem. I was very patient as I waited on them to help me, but I called again today and was finally told that I would not only be refused a refund for my overcharge, but that I would also be charged full price without a credit for the months I waited on them to fix the mistake. Needless to say I am frustrated. I was lied to as I waited, forgotten about, and ultimately the error was never resolved. I am a newly married college student so we don't have a ton of income to compensate for an unacceptable service like this. I like State Farm as a company but in this instance I received Terrible service. I am switching offices tomorrow.

I have been a VERY SATISFIED client of Missy Tanner's @ State Farm for many years. The staff is so helpful (specifically my primary point of contact Mallorie) and always go above and beyond to provide great service. Whether it's a call from me about wrecker service, adding vehicles (and faxing temp ins card to DMV), removing vehicle, renters insurance, etc... They have had my back!! I constantly receive offers from other companies to give them a chance to "beat" what I currently pay. Well here's why I don't accept or return those calls: No promised discount or promotion they are currently running will match what I have always received from Missy and her staff - immediate response when I need them, competitive rates based on policy, discounts whenever possible, and EXCELLENT attitudes of everyone!

Missy and her staff are always helpful and take care of all our insurance needs.

We have had our home owners and car insurance with Missy Tanner at State Farm for 17 years. We have had a house fire, stolen jewelry and one auto claim. All we have to do is call Missy and she takes care of all problems as fast as possible! We never call a one eight hundred number! We have never had any issues and always get excellent service!! It is great to know we have an agent that cares about us and her business.
