They out and out lied to me! I had a two gun pawn there for a few months and had paid their monthly fees on time. But one month I called and "asked" if it would be OK if I were a few days late! They said "no problem" we will work with you. I again explained that I "could" bring my payment on time but it would put a strain on me and IF a few days late is acceptable, I'll be there and get them out. Again I was told, "no problem" we will work with you!
I understand business agreements BUT...To be LIED to is the ultimate low business practice!!
Don't trust them...
Had never visited an iPawn and was pleasantly surprised. Greeted with a smile and helpful demeanor, J was very efficient and even helped me with carrying. In and out in no time. Definitely gonna come back again
I didn't lose my guns BUT...I got lucky!
I've been doing business with them for about for years. Always greeted with smiling face and great customer service. Prices are decent and they work with your items pawned and layaway.
Well, when I went in to pick them up and pay....they had both guns on the wall FOR SALE!! I was lucky they hadn't sold and DID get my guns back and paid my debt BUT...They LIED!!! The manager was a smart a_ _ and said, after I asked why they would tell me OK and then put them up for sale, "well you WERE late"!!

The young lady that had given us the OK to be late, did apologize and said it was the managers decision to override her and put them up for sale!!

They really are the best pawn shop in Little Rock. Have used several others and they are by far the best to work with. Great people!
The store on Rodney Parham was very good in the beginning BUT they have changed! For the worse!! They are dishonest and you can't take what they say to be true at all.
