Someone needs to look carefully at this department and find out why it is broken and why there are unreasonable delays. It usually comes from the top....

This department is incredibly incompetent. The head must be a very poor manager. I ordered a duplicate title four weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. I called a week ago to find out what the problem might be and was told that it had gone out that morning, the fourth. It is now the tenth. I called again today and spoke with Charles who told me that they did not provide information about when it might arrive. I convinced him to let me speak with someone else, so he transferred me to Ebony who told me that it was mailed on the 2nd of November. Two days earlier than I thought. Then I called my local office in Yellville and they told me that it was printed on the fourth.

Great. I got an enhanced driver's license in about 20 minutes. It would have taken 2-3 hours at the Rodney Parham location. I know because I left there to come here.
Came in today to find out the whole computer system is down. Luckily Tara Davis helped me out. She is super friendly and helpful!!!
