Can I apply for a new social security card at this location? Having quite a time trying to figure out which location is for what? And I've called a few numbers but none were for an actual office but one and the woman that did answer the phone was very helping, understanding and told me to come in but I don't know which one to go to.
This is by far the worst social security place I've been too, when I went to bring in my paycheck stubs and one of the ladies at the window were so rude and disrespectful when I tried to show her my pay date. I have never had this kind of customer service treatment especially from social security administration, I would rather go to other social security offices like the one in Sherwood or points beyond than come to this one.
We were lucky, the on street parking meter still had 48 minutes on the clock when we parked there, bonus :)
We had to visit the Social Security Dept. The office was clean and didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes. You have to go through a security check and metal detector to get into this building.
It was an ok experience. Anything dealing with the government is a process.
I am so thankful for that group in downtown Little Rock. They worked hard to get my SS retirement case straightened out and get me on track. Thank you SOOO much!
