Wow, these guys are good. Work hard and make a superb pizza. The vegetable Pizza is awesome.

To start you were an hour late, I ordered 2 2liters of Coke and you sent 2 20oz’s. I ordered two large 2 topping pizzas and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Both pizzas had very very little toppings and the slices were not cut straight. My sandwich had what looked to be burnt paper stuck to the bread on the bottom. I’ve always ordered from this dominos and am very familiar with everything that I ordered as I usually get the same order everytime. I’ve never had a problem until now. I decided to call the store and ask to speak to the manager to explain that 2 20oz Coke’s wouldnt take care of the 6 people eating dinner and that I had some sort of paper with burnt edges stuck to my greasy sandwich bread. I was told the manager was unavailable because he was making pizzas and I told the guy what had happened and he just sat there in silence and did not offer to do anything he did not say he was sorry or offer to send the correct drinks or reassure me the sandwich could be eaten. None of my friends or family that were here will ever give this dominos on Chenal another penny of ours. I never leave reviews, good or bad but this store does not deserve to stay open with the bottom of the barrel employees they have. How can your manager “Isaiah” be to busy to take a customers phone call who he just messed up their order???? Never again dominos on Chenal will I feel angry because of your employees who literally don’t care.
Ordered over an hour ago.. online pizza tracker has shown our order to be in quality check for over 30 min. Took about 1.5 hours total...Driver was super nice, some kind of problem with no staff, over worked.. etc.
just received a delivery and the pizza that I ordered was so burned that I am surprised that they would even box this pizza up and send it to a customer. obviously there are no rules regarding serving customer a bad product. Zero aspects of quality assurance here. As you can see from my photos the two slices of Italian and pepperoni were cooked correctly, the slices of mushroom and Italian were burned to near black. Unbelievable.
