Awesome staff, all around. Best Papa John's location in the area that I've been to and I pizza pretty hard, man.
Edit: after speaking to the area manager Edward, he offered me a free meal and when I went to pick it up the manager herself harassed me for having reported the problem. The manager and the other employee followed me out of the store, making obscene gestures, yelling and continued harassment even when I was on the phone again with the area manger.
He assured me this would be dealt with but I will never shop at that store again and I am honestly concerned about the food I was given after this behavior.
Terrible pizza, ordered the works... everything just thrown everywhere, way to much onion and hardly any other veggies. The crust is not completely cooked. Terrible, just terrible. Maybe I should have gotten something easier like a plain cheese pizza.
Customer service is terrible. Give you wrong information over the phone. Wrong prices. If you question why their prices are different than advertised, expect to be hung up on. Overcharging on every order. Usually adding at least a dollar to advertised prices. Slow delivery. Food quality is edible and that hurts to say as papa John is my favorite standard pizza place.
This is our closest option for Papa Johns... And I feel lucky to be their customer! They're unusually fast, even at some busier times, and they have excellent customer service. Even their delivery drivers are friendly and even a bit chatty (but in a good way). Keep up the great work.
Less than 24 hours later, I get an email from the store manager apologizing for the mistake and an offer to make it up to me with my next order. When I picked it up, the manager actually heard my name and came out, shook my hand and let me know he made this one personally. That pizza was perfect and, if anything, had extra toppings.

I'll drive across town to go to this Papa Johns over the other locations. I had a wrong topping and happened to be sent a follow-up survey after my online order. Ignored it, then got another email about giving feedback, so I did. Nothing overtly negative, but did check that the order was wrong since it technically was.
