We have lived in Arkansas our whole lives, and we have always been proud of our capitol city and everything it offers. One of our favorite things was the Peabody Hotel. Unfortunately it has changed to Marriott, and the atmosphere, service, and hospitality have also changed for the worse. One recent experience we had there was a nightmare and too many things went wrong to try to mention here. The worst, though, was that the valet service damaged our car and refuses to pay to get it fixed. We absolutely will NEVER stay there again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
