I have lived at The Park at Riverdale for 6 months and I am very happy. I don't have the "noisy neighbors" problem I see in several of the other reviews. I never hear music or televisions or voices. I can hear the neighbor's shower and my upstairs neighbors moving around on creaky floors, but it is not bothersome. I work downtown and the location could not be better for me. It is a little inconvenient to get to Walmart or Target, but the Kroger store on Cantrell usually has everything I need. And you just cannot beat being right on the River Trail. I don't intend to live in an apartment forever, but I don't anticipate moving from this one until I am ready to go on to bigger and better things.
WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS! I lived at the Park at Riverdale Apartments for a little over 1 year. It was the worst experience ever. There was never enough parking, and the maintenance man would self police the parking lot for cars to boot and have them towed. I could not even have a visitor without this guy chasing them around to get his car boot on them. Later I find out it cost $125.00 to him to get the boot off. Plus a towing fee to his other company. The management will not do a thing about him either. This is just the tip of the iceberg why I would NEVER rent from these apartments or any others they manage.
