Everyone was friendly and very nice. I took my two "old lady" cats for shave and nail trim. Did a good job. First time for trim. Will go back in future.
Took my two dogs, a Yorkie and a havanese, on March 29th to this place. They were very nice and talkative. I brought the dogs by 8 am they were done with them by 12 pm. When I picked them up they were running around with all the loose dogs in the facility. Pee was everywhere. When I got my dogs in the car, the whole way home they were whinning and crying out and they wouldn't sit down like usual. I checked them when I got home and the Yorkie (his privates) were swollen and red and he was itching all over. The havanese (his privates) were swelled up so bad and red and bleeding. He wouldn't let me touch on him to see where the blood was coming from but he is a white dog and you can see his skin underneath well his whole back was red like a red hot so I stuck them both in the bathtub and washed them really good thinking they were having a really bad reaction to something Tender Touch used on them. I took them to the Animal Hospital the next day and they had to give both dogs antibiotics and this cream to put on both of them. Turns out they cut to close to the dogs skin and privates. The havanese had been cut with a blade on his privates and on his side and that is where the blood was coming from. He has had to wear a cone on his head for almost 3 weeks now bc we can't let him lick down there. And we have had to give him antibiotics and that cream three times a day for almost 3 weeks now. It has been awful.

Lynn and her staff are great with the dogs, and make extensive notes about how you want your dog groomed. I take my 10 year old mini schnauzer to them, and we have two different cuts we use for him depending on the season. The dogs are not caged while they wait, and are allowed to play with other dogs their size. There is also an outdoor fenced yard so they can have potty breaks. My sister referred me to Lynn, and I would not go anywhere else.
I am very careful who touches my Yorkie furbabies. Had the same groomed for many years until she retired. Tried Tender Touch Grooming and am very happy. They care for each pet that comes through the door with love as if it were their own. My babies finally have a new groomer.
