I asked them to order me the parts. They however went and put it together for me, was nice but extremely expensive for something I could do.
If you like hipsters and coffee this is your place. If you want a bike don't waste your time.
I've been in the shop a few times , the time before last i went in needing a spoke and wanted to know about tire and wheel sizes , the fairly young guy gave me 2 spokes that i needed at a good price with blue LOCTITE ON THE TIPS OF BOTH OF THEM , i thought it was some kind of anti seize lube but nope , loctite ... I blew it off to begin with because i thought a professional would not intentionally try to damage my bike ... He also showed me some wheels behind a door by one of the maintenance corners ... Albeit I came back few weeks later looking for certain wheels showed to me , with great arrogance they they sharply reply "no" while not looking at me , i show them the door and ask them if there sure , very unpleasant no ... I've never been rude or unpleasant , but when i go in there they treat me as if i've done something negative to them ... Bikes are supposed to be fun , any contact with them thoroughly removes it , I wouldn't leave a bike with them unless my life depended on it and i didn't want it back ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "ANGRY DAVE'S" ON JFK ....!
If you are in to road bikes good place to go and as long as you look like your gonna spend money then your gonna get customer service. Went in yesterday looking for a bmx bike didn't even get a hello or can we help you find anything just a look look at and some one watching me as I walk through the storm personally will not return due to lake of customer service and lack of bikes I ride. Go to angry Dave's super personable actually sat down with me to find exactly what I was looking for didn't have it in stock but got it ordered so I couldn't be happier
